Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality iOS applications.Build and maintain advanced apps using Swift and SwiftUI.Drive Bluetooth (BLE) configuration and integration for connected devices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Ensure app performance, quality, and responsiveness.Identify and fix bottlenecks, crashes, and performance issues.Stay updated with the latest iOS frameworks, tools, and best practices.Review code, manage deployments, and oversee release management.Mentor developers, foster collaboration, and contribute to team growth and hiring. Mandatory Skills & Traits Strong communication skills to interact directly with clients. End-to-end experience in developing and deploying iOS applications. Proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI. Required Skills & Qualifications

6+ years of professional experience in iOS app development.1–2 years in a lead or senior developer role.Proven experience with Bluetooth (BLE) integration and configuration.Strong understanding of mobile development lifecycle.Knowledge of RESTful APIs and backend connectivity.Familiarity with Apple architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM) and Human Interface Guidelines.Experience with third-party libraries, Git, and CI/CD workflows.Exposure to basic Android concepts (nice to have).Strong debugging, leadership, and team management skills.
