Urgent requirement for one of our product client for Engineering Manager role Job Description Engineering Manager Location: Pune / Gurgaon (Hybrid) Experience: 12-18 years Role Overview We are looking for a highly experienced Engineering Manager / Director to lead and scale our engineering teams responsible for AMR product development. This role will involve driving the technical roadmap, product maturity, and large-scale deployments while managing a team of 50+ engineers. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor engineering teams across SLAM, navigation, perception, localization, and fleet management . Drive the evolution of AMR platform from basic functionalities to enterprise-grade, scalable solutions . Define technical strategy, oversee architecture design, and ensure successful delivery of product milestones. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IT applications into manufacturing environments. Implement best practices for software engineering, testing, CI/CD, and deployment. Build and nurture a high-performance engineering culture fostering innovation and ownership. Must-Have Skills 12-18 years of experience in software product engineering, with at least 5+ years in leadership roles . Strong expertise in Fleet Management Systems , SLAM , and Perception technologies. Proven track record of leading large teams (50+ members) in IT product/application development. Hands-on experience with robotics platforms (preferably AMRs) in manufacturing/industrial environments. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Good to Have Knowledge of ROS/ROS2, AI/ML, cloud-edge integration, and distributed systems . Experience in scaling robotics solutions for global deployments.
