Ionic Developer/ Hybrid App Developer

As an Ionic Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions for Mobile Hybrid Apps using technologies such as Ionic, Ionic Angular, Ionic React, or Ionic Vue. Your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and implementing solutions for Mobile Hybrid Apps on the Ionic platform for both iOS and Android platforms. You will collaborate with Product and UX teams to understand customer requirements and contribute to the design of new features. Working in an agile environment, you will ensure high-performing, well-tested, and scalable cross-platform mobile applications. It will be essential to drive development best practices, such as unit testing, coding standards, and code reviews. Your role will involve identifying, proposing, and implementing best-fit solutions in a complex business environment. You will apply corporate technical standards, procedures, and policies to resolve incidents and issues promptly. Ensuring that technical solutions meet business needs and deliver customer satisfaction will be a priority. Striving for a high standard of quality in your work and peer reviews will also be expected. To excel in this position, you should have experience in UX design, good coding practices, process improvements, clean designs, smart testing, and review practices. Requirements for this role include: - Experience in designing, developing, and implementing hybrid mobile applications using Ionic - Proficiency in IONIC, JavaScript (or TypeScript), HTML5 CSS, Cordova, and Firebase - Building Ionic Applications using Capacitor as well as Cordova - Knowledge of using Plugins offered by Ionic/Cordova/Capacitor - Understanding of publishing applications on App Store and Play Store - Familiarity with building Progressive Web Apps (PWA) would be a plus - Proficiency in design patterns and object-oriented methodologies for mobile applications - Sound knowledge of data structures, multithreading, collections, and exception handling - Prior experience with REST, JSON, AJAX, API/Services, and JQuery - Experience in implementing mobile application security - Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Test-Driven Development frameworks - Experience with source control and build tools - Knowledge of tools such as JIRA and GIT (Github, Bitbucket) This position offers a decent hike on the current Cost to Company (CTC).,
