Job Title: Inward Quality Control (IQC) Inspector – Electric Motor Manufacturing for Air Coolers
Location: NoidaDepartment: Quality AssuranceReports To: Plant HeadJob OverviewThe Inward Quality Control (IQC) Inspector ensures that all incoming materials, components, and sub-assemblies for electric motors used in air coolers meet specified quality standards. This role involves detailed inspections, measurements, and documentation to maintain product integrity and compliance with industry regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesIncoming Material Inspection: Examine raw materials, components, and assemblies (e.g., stators, rotors, bearings, windings) for compliance with technical specifications, drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOM).

Dimensional and Functional Testing: Utilize precision instruments such as calipers, micrometers, air gauge and multimeters to verify dimensions and electrical characteristics (e.g., resistance, insulation resistance, continuity).

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of inspections, including non-conformance reports (NCRs), and communicate findings to Senior Manager and relevant departments.

Continuous Improvement: Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes to enhance product quality and reduce defects.

Required Qualifications
Education: Diploma or Degree in Electrical

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in quality control within the manufacturing sector, preferably in electric motor.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading technical drawings, understanding geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), and using measurement tools.

Software Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.

Work Environment

Shift Timing: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 7 : 30 PM.

Location: Manufacturing facility in Delhi, with occasional travel to supplier location.
