Invoicing & Billing Specialist

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist at our company, your role will involve maintaining and managing the billing system efficiently. You will be responsible for creating and issuing invoices to clients in a timely manner and preparing and sending account statements to clients. Additionally, you will assist the accounts team in preparing financial reports and perform ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy between client accounts and company records. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and manage the billing system efficiently. - Create and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner. - Prepare and send account statements to clients. - Assist the accounts team in preparing financial reports. - Perform ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy between client accounts and company records. Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of invoicing, reconciliations, and general ledger entries. - Proficiency in Excel including data entry, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and SUMIF functions. - Experience with Tally or other accounting software. - Excellent communication skills to handle client interactions professionally and resolve queries efficiently. - Attention to detail in maintaining financial records and processing invoices. In addition to the key responsibilities and qualifications mentioned above, the preferred qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and prior experience in accounts receivable, billing, or a similar role.
