Job Description:

We are looking for a Female Voice Process Executive to handle client calls, follow-ups, and communication support. The candidate must be fluent in Tamil and Hindi, and able to manage calls professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound client calls
Communicate with clients in Tamil & Hindi
Follow up with customers and update call records
Maintain call logs, daily reports, and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams for updates
Provide clear and accurate information to clients

Eligibility:

Female candidates only
Must speak Tamil and Hindi fluently
Good communication and listening skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / data entry)
Ability to work in a process-driven environment

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
