Job Description

Shift Timings - 7.30 pm to 7.30 am Window

Location - Noida

Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign from Print background

We are inviting applications for the role of Designer--

Responsibilities

Design brand identities for agents, including logos and brand identity work
Design print collateral, books, print ads, billboard, websites, and digital ads
Generate innovative ideas and campaigns in custom social media, print, and brand, and design. Interpret creative briefs from the Creative Producer and/or Marketing Advisors to deliver high-quality work that meets the briefs goals
Maintain the quality of design throughout all phases for a variety of project types and brand campaigns
Follow direction and propose new conceptual ideas for various projects
Collaborate on projects for the internal and/or external designers, illustrators, photographers, and videographers to execute high-quality content
Ensure that the designs adhere to the brand guidelines
Research and develop mood boards before executing your ideas

Qualifications:

8+ years of work experience in design. (Portfolio is a must)
Currently authorized to work in the United States
Top graphic design skills with a focus on typography, composition, and photography
Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
Proficient understanding of branding and scalable design systems
Developing skills at presentations and communicating creative solutions

Preferred qualifications

Agency or Design Studio experience
Proficient in digital/product design and/or animation along with experience in Figma, After Effects, Cinema 4D, illustration and video skills.
