Talview offers an end-to-end platform to screen, interview, assess, and proctor candidates remotely with a simple and engaging experience. 📝 Job Responsibilities Verify the authenticity of candidates taking remote assessments. Guide candidates through the login process. Proctor entire assessments remotely. Simultaneously monitor 15–20 candidates. Review and report on proctored exam recordings. Provide support via phone and chat. Ensure consistent delivery as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and SLAs. 🛠️ Skill RequirementsPrimary Skills Excellent verbal and written communication with strong grammar skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Adaptable to changing work environments and technologies. Preferred Tools Knowledge Internet browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari MS Office Suite: Word, Excel 💼 Experience Open to freshers and experienced candidates. Prior experience in service desk or technical support is a plus.
