Job Description

IRMs will be based out of Kotak Mahindra Bank (KMBL) branches
and will be on
KMBL payroll
.
Key Responsibilities.
80-90% of their sales will be focused on Kotak Life Insurance products (selling LI).
10-20% will involve selling other financial products available in branch.
Leads will be provided by the bank, but IRMs (as an individual contributor) must
drive call,

fix appointments, convert calls, and drive sales
to meet their targets.
