Investment Operations Technology - RSL Developer

Role Overview: As a Geneva RSL Developer at KKR, your main responsibility will be designing and developing custom reports using the Geneva system. You will also be involved in system and application administration, collaborating with Geneva users to address accounting data issues, and building APIs for data extraction. Additionally, you will assist in implementing upgrades and integrating Geneva with various external platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Designing and developing Geneva RSL custom reports - System and application administration for Geneva - Collaborating with Geneva users to address accounting data issues - Building APIs around Geneva for data load and extraction - Assisting in implementing Geneva upgrades and patch releases - Integrating Geneva with Security Master, OMS, risk platforms, and other external platforms - Working with data center vendors for system administration and hardware upgrades - Requirements analysis, application design, and implementation - Collaborating with Advent to troubleshoot and request enhancements Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field - Proven work experience as a Geneva RSL Developer or subject matter expert with a focus on developing custom loaders/reports - Experience working with Linux environments and general programming languages (python, c#, java, etc.) - Knowledge of databases and experience with relational databases like SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle - Financial Industry experience in Private Equity/Credit domain - Experience in version control systems like Git and collaborative development workflows - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex backend issues - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Additional Details: KKR is a leading global investment firm offering alternative asset management, capital markets, and insurance solutions.
