eFuture Ventures is offering a 6-month full-time paid internship in Gurgaon for a motivated and analytical Investment Banking Intern. This internship provides valuable hands-on experience in startup fundraising, investor relations, and deal execution, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent position. The primary responsibilities of this role include: - Assisting in presenting fundraising mandates to Angel Investors, Family Offices, and Micro VCs - Establishing and nurturing relationships with Angel Investors, Family Offices, and VCs - Coordinating with startup founders to arrange investor interactions and detailed discussions - Participating in investor calls and aiding in post-call activities - Supporting in the creation of investment materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, and data rooms - Contributing to financial model assessments and valuation analysis - Assisting in the completion of investment transactions with the Investor Ideal candidates for this position are B.Com/BBA students expected to graduate in the year 2025, with a keen interest in investment banking, venture capital, or startup finance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and digital tools. Previous experience through internships or projects in finance or startups would be advantageous.
