We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate - Deal Sourcing to join our team and contribute to our mission.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess potential startups that are seeking funding from institutional investors in alignment with the company's criteria.
• Build and maintain a robust deal pipeline by cultivating relationships and networking with industry stakeholders.
• Facilitate and coordinate meetings and calls between startup representatives and our internal management team to explore funding opportunities and synergies.
• Cultivate and maintain strong connections with industry professionals to enhance visibility and networking opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends and keep up-to-date with changes in the Investment Landscape.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in Deal Sourcing, Evaluation, and Analysis of early-stage startups within the context of Investment Banking.
• Proficiency in utilizing communication tools such as Google Workspace and LinkedIn for strategic outreach and relationship management.
• Comprehensive understanding of business development requisites and familiarity with key metrics associated with email marketing performance.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Enthusiastic about the startup ecosystem with a keen interest in investment banking.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, while also being a collaborative and contributing team member.
• Proactive, energetic demeanor with a strong inclination towards continuous learning.
• In-office role based in Electronic City, Bengaluru.
