Assess the feasibility and financial attractiveness of various financing structures and transaction opportunities Maintain and nurture relationships with financial institutions, investment bankers, private investors, and other key stakeholders. Lead discussions and negotiations to raise funds for development projects. Ensure investor meetings are well-supported with accurate financial data, analysis, and tailored materials Collaborate closely with internal teams (legal, finance, operations) to resolve queries and ensure alignment between financial projections, business objectives, and investor expectations. Ensure effective communication across departments to streamline the fundraising process Actively manage and support investor relations efforts. Maintain up-to-date communication with existing and potential investors to provide them with necessary project updates, financial progress, and address any concerns or queries
