Work timings: Mon-Sat 11-8PM Roles and responsibilities: Initiate and drive Fund raising efforts for the group; research, identify and prioritize potential fundraising opportunities Generate ideas, identify new and innovative sources for raising funds Liaison with Banks/PSBs/Investment Bankers/Private Investors to raise funds Initiate deal origination; provide expertise on financial models, pitch books, Information Memorandums, etc; resolve investor queries, provide appropriate financial data/analysis Develop and implement financial strategies and plans that align with the business objectives Come up with ingenious ways to raise awareness; develop alliances with other entities Oversee research and analysis on areas affecting the organization and real-estate industry Analyze company, build business models, assess capital requirements, perform deal structuring and create any collateral required for transactions Keep a track of all the regulatory/compliance requirements involved in or affecting the transaction including but not limited to tax implications for structuring deals like slump sales, floating of SPV, dividend distribution tax, intercompany borrowing, NCD, CCD, equity at the entity level, SPV level, other direct and indirect taxes, etc

Develop and structure financing solutions by leveraging expertise in financial modeling, pitch books, and information memorandums Resolve investor queries and provide comprehensive financial data and analysis to ensure smooth deal execution Ensure the alignment of financial structures, timelines, and capital requirements of the projects. Focus on project-level financing, including the design of debt-equity structures, partnerships, and other strategic funding solutions Formulate and execute fundraising strategies and financial plans that align with the groups overall business objectives and project-specific goals. Ensure financial strategies meet the capital needs for each development project and adhere to strategic growth targets Oversee and manage research efforts to monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and economic factors affecting real estate development. Use data-driven insights to inform and adjust fundraising strategies, ensuring the group remains competitive in securing funding for its projects Conduct in-depth financial analysis and valuations of real estate assets using methods such as Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Comparable Company Analysis (CCA), and Net Asset Value (NAV). Assess the feasibility and financial attractiveness of various financing structures and transaction opportunities Maintain and nurture relationships with financial institutions, investment bankers, private investors, and other key stakeholders. Lead discussions and negotiations to raise funds for development projects. Ensure investor meetings are well-supported with accurate financial data, analysis, and tailored materials Collaborate closely with internal teams (legal, finance, operations) to resolve queries and ensure alignment between financial projections, business objectives, and investor expectations. Ensure effective communication across departments to streamline the fundraising process Actively manage and support investor relations efforts. Maintain up-to-date communication with existing and potential investors to provide them with necessary project updates, financial progress, and address any concerns or queries
