As an Investment Analyst at StellarNOVA Ventures, your role will involve: - **Deal Sourcing & Networking** - Proactively scout early-stage tech startups aligned with the investment thesis. - Build strong relationships with founders, accelerators, incubators, and industry leaders to source high-quality deals. - Represent StellarNOVA Ventures at startup events, pitch sessions, and networking opportunities. - **Due Diligence & Investment Analysis** - Conduct detailed financial and operational due diligence on potential investments. - Analyze business models, market dynamics, and unit economics to identify growth opportunities. - Prepare clear and concise investment memos and presentations for the investment committee. - **Financial Modeling & Valuation** - Build robust financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and forecast returns. - Assist in valuation analysis and scenario planning for potential portfolio companies. - **Portfolio Engagement & Support** - Collaborate with portfolio startups to track key metrics and drive their growth. - Provide strategic support in areas such as fundraising, market expansion, and operational improvement. - **Ecosystem & Community Building** - Actively engage in India's tech ecosystem to identify trends and emerging opportunities. - Contribute to StellarNOVA Ventures" thought leadership through blogs, insights, and social media posts. The ideal candidate for this role should have: - **Education**: B.Tech or Similar Technology Background Must (MBA from a top-tier institute, preferably focusing on Finance, Entrepreneurship, or Strategy good to Have). - **Experience**: 0-2 years in Venture Capital, Growth Equity, Consulting, Investment Banking, or Startup Ecosystem roles. - **Skills**: - Exceptional networking and interpersonal skills. - Strong financial acumen, with hands-on experience in financial modeling and valuation. - Ability to think critically, analyze data, and communicate insights effectively. - Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication. - **Personality & Work Style**: - Entrepreneurial, with a go-getter mindset; takes initiative and ownership. - Thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. - Passionate about startups, technology, and innovation. - Highly proactive, adaptable, and accountable.
