  • Role Overview
  • We are seeking a broad-based Investment Analyst to assist the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) in evaluating a wide range of investment opportunities — primarily direct listed equity and private company deals. The analyst will be responsible for conducting detailed equity research and supporting the CIO in all aspects of the investment process.

  • Public Equity (Detailed KRAs)
  • Maintain detailed trackers for core and watchlist stocks (quarterly financials, price movements, key ratios).
  • Prepare concise earnings summaries and management commentary post-results season (2–3 pager format).
  • Track news flow, regulatory updates, and corporate actions across portfolio holdings and watchlist.
  • Create and update comparative valuation tables (P/E, EV/EBITDA, ROCE, etc.) across sectors.
  • Build financial models for selected companies (revenue build-up, margin assumptions, etc.) as guided.
  • Assist in generating stock notes, one-pagers, and risk-reward frameworks for internal discussions.
  • Participate in and summarize broker/analyst webinars and earnings calls.
  • Maintain an organized research archive of reports, transcripts, and investor decks.
  • Support the CIO in preparing presentations and review packs for family principals or external advisors.

  • Create first-cut profiles of private companies (business model, key metrics, competitors).
  • Summarize deal decks, investor notes, or term sheets from bankers or advisors.
  • Benchmark private company metrics against listed peers for valuation context.
  • Track deal flow pipeline and maintain structured follow-up status logs.
  • Support documentation and diligence materials compilation as guided by the CIO.

  • Qualifications
  • MBA (Finance) from a reputable B-school.
  • CFA Level II cleared or in progress.
  • Preferred Experience
  • Listed equity research (Indian public markets).
  • Deal evaluation or business profiling in an investment or advisory team.
  • Financial modeling and data collation for internal investment discussions.
  • Key Attributes
