Inventory Monitoring Executive / stock management

Responsible for:- On-Site Storage/Store Room (Inventory Management)

Experience:- min 1 - 2 years

Job Role :-

To maintain and monitor the implemented inventory system, update daily material records accurately, track stock movement site to site, and ensure smooth inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Track and Maintain material movement between multiple sites and central store.
• Maintain material transfer slip for every movement.
• Check and verify material based on BOQ, project requirement and Purchase.
• Track consumption of Materials BOQ vs Actual
• Monitor material availability based on project timelines.
• Report material shortages and requirements to management on time.
• Ensure no material lost or missing at site.
• Update all inward, outward & site to site transfer entries in system.
• Maintain daily and weekly stock summary report.
• Coordinate with site engineers, purchase team, transporter & store team.
• Monitor and Review Mismatched stock Report with management.
• Keep racks, labeling & location codes updated.
• Visit at Site for auditing to verify system stock vs actual stock of each site

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
