Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of all inward and outward stock movements.
Monitor daily stock levels across categories (FMCG, grocery, apparel, etc.).
Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and physical verification.
Identify stock variances and reconcile with system records (ERP/POS).
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and warehouse teams for timely stock replenishment.
Ensure proper storage, stacking, and FIFO (First In – First Out) method compliance.
Track expiry dates, slow-moving, and non-moving items to minimize losses.
Generate daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports for management review.
Support in stock forecasting and demand planning based on sales trends.
Ensure adherence to company’s SOPs and compliance standards.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of inventory management processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software (ERP/POS).
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Strong communication and coordination ability.
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration/Logistics or related field.
1–3 years of experience in inventory/store operations (preferably retail/FMCG).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,534.49 - ₹20,000.00 per month
