Inventory Executive (E-Commerce)

We are a consumer brand selling primarily on Amazon and Flipkart.
This role requires hands-on ownership of e-commerce inventory, including Amazon FBA / Flipkart FC stock, returns handling, and warehouse discipline.

Profiles from pure logistics, transport, or factory inventory backgrounds may not be suitable.

Must-Have Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

• Track and maintain inventory accuracy (office stock + Amazon/Flipkart FC)
• Handle inward, outward, and return inventory
• Support FBA / FC shipments and inventory reconciliation
• Monitor aging / excess stock and flag issues
• Help implement and run an OMS / inventory tool
• Train warehouse staff on SOPs, scanning, packing, and returns
• Ensure daily inventory discipline and reporting

Must-Have Requirements

• Experience with e-commerce inventory (Amazon / Flipkart preferred)
• Experience handling returns & reverse logistics
• Exposure to Amazon FBA operations
• Comfortable managing warehouse staff
• Good Excel knowledge
• Willing to implement and maintain an OMS system

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
