Role Overview: Vaibhav Global Ltd (VGL) is an electronic deep discount retailer of fashion jewelry, gemstones, and lifestyle products operating in the US, UK, Germany, and Canada. As an Inventory Manager at VGL, your role will involve ensuring optimal stock levels, tracking inventory movement, performing stock audits, maintaining accurate ERP records, reducing shrinkage, aligning inventory with procurement and sales needs, managing slow-moving items, overseeing supplier deliveries, generating inventory reports, and continuously improving inventory processes. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure optimal stock levels and track inventory movement using efficient systems. - Perform regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies. - Maintain accurate ERP records and reconcile physical stock with system data. - Reduce shrinkage caused by errors, damage, or theft. - Align inventory with procurement and sales needs to optimize operations. - Enhance inventory turnover and reduce holding costs. - Manage slow-moving or obsolete items, implementing strategies for liquidation. - Oversee timely supplier deliveries and optimize reorder points. - Generate detailed inventory reports and provide insights to management. - Ensure adherence to internal inventory control procedures. - Continuously improve inventory processes, integrating digital tools for better management. Qualification Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory management, preferably within a production or jewelry environment. - Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software.
