Inventory Control Supervisor

Role Overview: As an Offline Inventory Control Executive, your main responsibility will be to ensure the accuracy and integrity of physical stock levels at retail outlets. This will involve conducting regular on-site stock verifications, updating real-time inventory data in the Dil POS system, and ensuring compliance with the FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory management principle. Your role is crucial in minimizing stock discrepancies, improving forecasting accuracy, and supporting the smooth operations of the outlets. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct regular physical verification of stock at assigned outlets to ensure accuracy between system records and actual inventory. - Perform real-time stock adjustments and updates in the Dil POS system during outlet visits to maintain up-to-date and accurate records. - Ensure that all outlets adhere to the FIFO inventory management principle to prevent product obsolescence or wastage. - Prepare and submit daily reports summarizing stock inspections, discrepancies identified, corrective actions taken, and overall inventory status. - Collaborate with Retail Partners (RPs), Outlet Managers, and the central supply chain team to resolve stock-related issues promptly. - Identify and report recurring issues or trends related to inventory management and suggest improvements for better stock accuracy and control. Qualifications Required: - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stock counting. - Sound knowledge of inventory control principles, especially FIFO. - Proficiency in using POS systems, preferably Dil POS, and Microsoft Excel. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple outlet visits daily. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,
