Inventory Champion

• Implement accurate tracking mechanisms for RM, WIP, and FG in ERP.
• Ensure real-time and correct entries for all inventory transactions.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, stores, and QC teams for seamless material flow.
• Facilitate smooth material requisition and issuance through ERP.
• Reconcile physical stock with system records and correct discrepancies.
• Define and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory management.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the inventory process and propose improvements.
• Conduct periodic stock audits and cycle counts to validate ERP data.
• Generate inventory reports and provide insights to management.
• Ensure proper handling of excess materials with color-coded tracking in ERP.
• Support the Accounts team in maintaining accurate FG inventory for invoicing.
