Position Summary:

Inventory executive to manage Optimize inventory, identify shortages, improve order fulfillment & reconcile inventory

Key Objectives:

Ensure that product stock is sufficient for all distribution bins and can meet direct customer demand
Ensure that stock is replenished to avoid shortages or excesses
Closely working on the forecast of inwards and returns for avoid the shortage bins and delays in Put away
It should not have unfulfilled orders or shortages because of inventory shortages
Order Fulfillment has to done on property for all the short pick units
On periodic intervals Cycle count and consolidation activities for improve the inventory accuracy
Co-ordination with internal teams for using the existing inventory FIFO consumption Model/old stocks consumption stocks first
Keeping the tab on fresh inwards put away, Returns put away, Internal Transfer, damage/expiry, storing
Maintaining frequent stock checks with Quality team to prevent damage/fungus
Reconciles actual stock count VS SAP/ WMS Stocks.
Maintain stock and consumption records
Disposes of expired and waste stock according to the current procedure
Inventory Reports like, Aging, Bin accuracy, consumption & empty bins need to be flashed regular intervals
Minimum Hygiene of the Bins and cleanness and Non inventory stocks liquidation
Active participation in Yearly W2W audits and bookings SAP /WMS
Co ordinating with Inward and Returns departments for proper put away /Inventory accuracy
Identify improvement projects to reduce picking time for easy inventory availability and reduce the Order fulfillment time
Keeping the designated zones for all the inventory and non-inventory stocks

KPIs and qualitative measures:

Should be familiar with Inventory Management and SAP/ WMS
Advanced Excel & Excellent communication skills

Qualifications and Functional Competencies:

Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management

Graduation/Engineering degree with at least 3 years of experience in warehouse process
