Intune Administrator

The Intune Administrator is responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing management of Microsoft Intune solutions for Windows and iOS devices across the enterprise. This role ensures devices are secure, compliant, and optimized for business needs, while collaborating with Security and other functional teams to maintain best-in-class endpoint management.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Proven experience of 5+ years in managing Microsoft Intune for Windows and iOS devices in a medium-to-large enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of device lifecycle management, OS upgrade processes, and endpoint security.
• Ability to collaborate with other functional teams on projects and remediation activities
• Excellent communication skills; able to present technical information simply and effectively.
• Experience identifying and resolving gaps in device management processes.
• Project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Scripting and automation (PowerShell, etc.).
• Experience with hybrid environments (Azure AD, on-premises AD).
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks and risk management.

• Relevant certifications

  (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Intune Administrator, Azure Administrator) are a plus.
