Role Overview: Adeeba E-Services Pvt. Ltd. is currently looking for candidates to join their Inbound Tech Support Process for UK/US Shift. As a part of the team, you will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers facing issues with printers, routers, and antivirus software. Your role will involve diagnosing the problems, recommending solutions, and selling technical support plans and relevant software to the customers. Key Responsibilities: - Take inbound calls and address technical issues related to printers, routers, and antivirus software - Diagnose the problems effectively and recommend the best solutions to the customers - Sell technical support plans along with relevant software to enhance customer experience - Close calls efficiently with good convincing and sales skills - Work in UK/US Shift for 6 days a week - Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving Qualifications Required: - Experience in Outbound Tech Support for more than 6 months to 1 year - Ability to close calls independently - Good convincing and sales skills - Salary range: Rs. 12,000-22,000/month (fixed) + Huge Incentives - Benefits include fixed salary on the 1st of every month, 24 leaves in a year, comp offs, birthday leaves, daily/monthly incentives, spot incentives, medical benefits - No extension of shift timings If you are interested in this opportunity, please contact Priyanka (HR) at 9804149788 for further queries.
