We are currently looking for individuals to join our team for the UK/US Shift in the Inbound Tech Support Process. The role involves handling inbound calls related to printer, router, and antivirus issues, diagnosing problems, and recommending appropriate solutions to customers. Additionally, the position requires selling technical support plans and relevant software to customers.
