Job Description:

We are seeking a candidate who will be responsible for preparing and managing the financial statements of our foreign subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, and supporting financial audits and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements for foreign subsidiaries, adhering to company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Handle statutory audits and limited reviews on a quarterly basis, including financials, related schedules, and variance analysis.
• Ensure all financial reports and statements conform to GAAP and IFRS
• Assist in the development and generation of Various MIS reports for management to aid decision-making.
• Communicate effectively with executives, stakeholders, and other departments to facilitate accurate and timely reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial systems and automate reporting processes for greater efficiency.

Expectations:

• Knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and preparation of financial statements.
• Experience in statutory audits and financial compliance.
• Proficiency in financial reporting tools and systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.
