Intervention specialist - Female

We are looking for the candidates who are willing to travel to multiple locations for assessment purposes.

KEY RESPONSIBILIES:

• Resumes will be considered only for candidates holding Master of social work
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and assist in developing individualized care plans.
• Provide counseling and emotional support.
• Support the implementation of non-pharmacological interventions .
• Collaborate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams for effective service delivery.
• Facilitate caregiver training and team capacity building on dementia care.
• Willingness to travel for home visits, assessments, and intervention follow-ups.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to evaluations and report

Candidate should be willing to relocate to bangalore.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
