INTERNSHIP(Architect,interior designer,3D visualizer)

We are seeking enthusiastic and talented students or recent graduates for a combined Architectural, Interior Design, and 3D Visualizer Internship. This role is ideal for an individual looking to gain diverse, real-world experience across multiple facets of the design process, from conceptualization and documentation to high-quality visual representation.

Key Responsibilities

As an intern, you will work closely with our senior Architects, Interior Designers, and Visualization team, contributing to various project phases. Responsibilities will be multidisciplinary but tailored to your skills and our project needs:

Architectural & Interior Design Support:

• Assist in the preparation of design development and construction documentation using CAD/BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD).
• Develop schematic design concepts, space planning layouts, and furniture plans.
• Conduct research on materials, finishes, fixtures (FF&E), and building codes.
• Organize and maintain the design library and material samples.
• Participate in site visits, project meetings, and client presentations.

3D Visualization & Graphic Communication:

• Create detailed 3D models of architectural and interior spaces.
• Produce high-quality, photorealistic renderings and visualizations (stills and/or animations).
• Apply textures, set up lighting, and use post-production techniques (e.g., in Photoshop) to enhance visuals.
• Assist in creating compelling graphic presentation boards and marketing materials.
• Support the team in generating 2D and 3D graphic collateral for design review.

Qualifications

Required:

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of an accredited program in Architecture, Interior Design, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
• Strong verbal, written, and graphic communication skills.
• Excellent work ethic, high level of organization, and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a digital portfolio showcasing relevant design and visualization work to be considered.
