Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at this company, your main responsibilities will include handling walk-in inquiries and providing support to customers at the branch for KYC and documentation upkeep. Additionally, you will be expected to deliver excellent customer service and orientation to all visitors. You will also be involved in in-house cross-selling of various products, limited to the branch premises. This will require you to engage in interest collection calls, provide updates to existing customers, and handle some backend tasks at the branch as needed. Furthermore, part of your role will involve prospecting and identifying new leads, pitching products to clients, and ensuring top-notch client service for existing customers. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of customer relationships effectively. Overall, this position will require strong communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to multitask efficiently to meet the needs of both new and existing customers.,
