Learning Objectives:

• Understand the structure and daily operations of a corporate IT department.
• Gain exposure to IT support, systems maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Learn about key IT tools, software, and processes used in business environments.
• Observe and participate in real-world technology projects.

Responsibilities:

• Complete the given tasks on time with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Listen carefully to all instructions and feedback provided by developers or supervisors.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and team meetings to contribute ideas and learn from the team.
• Create and maintain clear and organized documentation or reports as required.
• Support projects with research, data collection, and basic analysis.
• Collaborate effectively with team members on ongoing assignments.
