🔧 What You’ll Work On:

• Plan and execute a

  (Reels, Carousels, Stories)
• Create

  visual content

  using Canva or Figma (templates + guidance provided)
• Research and message potential clients (via DMs or emails — scripts provided)
• Track leads and performance in Google Sheets or Notion

⏳ Time Commitment:

• 8–10 hours per week
• Fully remote & flexible
• Ideal for students or freelancers seeking hands-on creative experience

📈 Performance Expectations:

We want someone who’s excited to grow and measure real outcomes:

• Create

  2 Reels per week

  that average

  1,000+ views

• Reach out to

  10–15 potential clients per week

• Consistently update lead tracker and content stats
• Be punctual, responsive, and open to feedback

💰 Compensation & Perks:

• ₹7,000 – ₹10,000/month (based on experience + performance)
