What Will You Learn?

• Cold Calling Mastery: Hone your communication skills while reaching out to potential candidates for exciting job opportunities in Germany.
• Virtual/Telephonic Interactions: Coordinate and schedule impactful interactions between senior counselors and candidates, making the experience seamless for both sides.
• Follow-Ups & Scheduling: Ensure smooth communication by following up on meetings between our senior counselors and candidates or their families.
• Lead Management: Be the backbone of our lead management system, ensuring that every lead is tracked, nurtured, and converted properly.
• Global Exposure: Gain firsthand knowledge of how overseas employment works while experiencing a truly international work environment.
• English Proficiency: Strengthen your communication skills as you engage with diverse clients across the globe. English-speaking candidates will have an edge!

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
