Position: Field Sales Executive – Intern Internship
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Noida Delhi NCR

Stipend & Career Growth

• Internship Stipend: ₹5,000 per month (for 6 months)
• Post Internship (on confirmation): ₹10,000 per month
• After 1 Year of Full-Time Employment: ₹15,000 per month (based on performance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads, visit potential clients, and pitch company products/services.
• Achieve sales targets starting with ₹1,00,000 in business and progressively higher targets over time.
• Maintain good relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
• Conduct field visits, demonstrations, and presentations as per client requirements.
• Provide daily/weekly sales reports and updates to the management.
• Collaborate with the team to develop sales strategies and meet targets.

Requirements:

• Must have a laptop and a two-wheeler (bike) for client visits.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to work in the field.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and online tools.
• Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate / MBA / Diploma students can apply.
