Role & responsibilities

  • Reconcile any discrepancies identified during the investigation.
  • Ensure client guidelines are followed.
  • Monitor pending work levels to ensure timely completion of Client background reports.
  • Maintain strict quality standards.
  • Initiate and monitor background verification cases.
  • Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders for status updates.
  • Review reports, validate information, and flag discrepancies.
  • Maintain databases and prepare daily/weekly status trackers.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Extremely proficient in written as well as spoken English.
  • Ability to efficiently and effectively use MS Office programs.
  • Experience in customer service-related activities such as high-volume call centers, customer support centers, insurance claims centers, help centers for financial institutions, scripted call contacts, or service support lines preferred.
  • Looking for an intern to assist in the employee verification process.
  • Ensuring data accuracy, timely follow-ups, and smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
