Job Summary:
We are seeking energetic and customer-oriented Internet Sales Officers to promote and sell broadband internet plans inside retail outlets such as home appliance shops and department stores. The ideal candidate will engage walk-in customers, explain available broadband plans and offers, and assist with subscriptions and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
Approach and engage walk-in customers inside the retail store to promote internet services.Clearly explain broadband plans, pricing, benefits, and ongoing promotional offers.Help customers select the best plan based on their usage and needs.Guide customers through the subscription process, including eligibility checks and documentation.Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.Build strong working relationships with store staff and maintain a visible, professional presence.Collect customer feedback and share insights with the sales team for service improvements.Ensure accurate reporting of sales data and lead follow-up.

Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Any Bachelor's Degree (in any field)Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

Skills Required:
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skillsConfidence in customer interaction and product explanationBasic understanding of broadband/internet products is a plusTarget-driven mindset with a focus on results
