International Voice/Chat Process - Customer support

You will be responsible for handling BPO Voice & Blended Processes in the International Voice Process during US Shifts. Your main duties will include: - Handling customer queries and issues effectively over the phone - Providing excellent customer service in English - Meeting the SVAR Score requirement of 6671 - Working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to different shifts (Night Shifts and Rotational Shifts) - Coordinating with team members to ensure smooth operations To qualify for this position, you must meet the following criteria: - Education: Undergraduate / Graduate - Experience: Minimum 1 year in BPO, with Voice Process experience being mandatory - Strong written and verbal communication skills - SVAR Score of 72+ for the higher bracket - Willingness to work in Night Shifts and Rotational Shifts - Location: In person The company offers various benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, food provision, health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
