Handle inbound & outbound calls for international insurance clients
Provide accurate resolutions & ensure customer satisfaction

Eligibility:
Graduate / Undergraduate (Any stream)
Minimum 6 months of BPO voice experience preferred
Freshers with excellent English communication skills are welcome!
Willing to work in rotational shifts (5 days working, 2 week-offs)
