Location: Across Bangalore (Cab Provided)
Shift: Night Shifts (Rotational) | Week Offs: 2 Rotational Offs
Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹21,000 + Incentives & Benefits

Requirements:

• Minimum PUC (12th pass) or above
• Excellent spoken English with strong communication skills
• Willing to work in night shifts
• Immediate joiners preferred

Job Description:

• Handle inbound customer calls for the US market with professionalism and clarity.
• Resolve queries, provide product/service information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate call logs and follow company guidelines for quality and compliance.
