International voice Process

Position: Customer Support Associate – International Voice Process
Location: Electronic City Phase 2, Bengaluru (On-site)
Shift: Night Shift (US process; rotational)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and communicative individual to join our international voice team. You will handle customer inquiries from a global client base, resolving issues, providing guidance, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound (and potentially outbound) voice calls from international customers.
• Address customer queries, complaints, and issues regarding products/services in a clear and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information and guidance while adhering to defined processes and quality standards.
• Document customer interactions and update customer records in the system.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.
• Meet performance metrics (e.g., call handling time, customer satisfaction, first-call resolution).
• Be flexible and available to work rotational night shifts and occasional week-end/holiday schedules as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; clear pronunciation, good grammar and fluency.
• Strong customer-first mindset with a solution-oriented approach and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to use CRM systems, phone systems, and MS Office/tools.
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
• Willingness to work night shifts and rotational schedules.
• (Preferred) Prior experience in international voice or customer support processes; freshers with strong skills may also be considered.
• No significant mother-tongue influence (MTI) in English pronunciation is expected.
