Role & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries related to insurance policies, claims, and services.
• Provide accurate and professional information to all callers.
• Ensure all customer interactions are documented correctly and efficiently.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: A graduate degree is mandatory.
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in an international voice process is required.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Customer Focus: A strong customer-centric approach with the ability to handle various customer queries professionally.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and dynamic environment.

Job Details

• Location: Brookfield
• Shift: Fixed shift from 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM
• Work Days: 5 days a week
• Weekend Off: Saturday and Sunday fixed off
• Salary: Up to ₹32,000 in hand, depending on your last drawn salary.
• Transport: One-way cab provided.
