Service Provider’s Responsibilities:· The service provider should ensure the resources are willing to work on Night shifts (US Shift) and should be flexible to work.· Return to office (work from office mandatory) – therefore, Bangalore-based candidates ONLY.· Exposure to a US contact centre is preferable· Rotational work week can be Mon-Fri or Tue-Sat or Wed-Sun. Both ways, a cab facility is provided within a radius.Beloware skilled resources from time to time as appropriate

• Contact Centre Operations, Customer support, Inbound and Outbound calls to US-based candidates to screen them for the client's hiring requirement. Recording the outcome of the call on tool.
• Excellent Comm skills
• Be ready to work in US hours (Shifts varying from 5 PM IST to 7 AM IST)
• Exposure to US contact centre preferable.
• Work from the Office is mandatory & Weekend working.
