We are hiring enthusiastic Freshers and experienced candidates for our International Voice Process team.

Your Responsibilities will include:

Handling Calls:
Taking inbound and making outbound calls to customers from international locations (e.g., US, UK).
Technical Help:
Solving basic technical issues (like setting up accounts, checking software problems, fixing connectivity issues) over the phone.
Customer Service:
Answering questions about products, services, billing, and accounts quickly and kindly.
Problem Solving:
Giving step-by-step solutions to ensure customers are happy on the first call.

We Need People Who Have:

Excellent English
Basic Technical Knowledge:
You should be comfortable with basic computer and internet troubleshooting.
Commitment:
Must be willing to work only night shifts and 100% from our office.
