International Voice Process Executive - GGN (Night Shift)

Job Description

Minimum 6 months of experience in international voice process Shift : 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM (one side cab within 30 KM radius) Job Description: We are seeking passionate and skilled individuals for our International Voice Process. As a part of the team, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing solutions to customers, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. You will be required to manage customer queries, resolve complaints, and assist with various tasks in a professional and timely manner. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via voice calls. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently. Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to improve their experience. Meet daily/weekly performance targets such as call handling time, customer satisfaction score, etc. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure smooth service delivery. Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and procedures in all customer interactions. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in international voice-based customer service. Strong communication skills with an excellent command of English. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of calls. Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation. Good listening skills and empathy. Ability to work in rotational shifts. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in international voice support. Graduation is a must.
