Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle HR-related inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide support for onboarding, employee benefits, and payroll-related queries.
  • The role involves providing end-to-end HR support to employees and stakeholders, managing queries, processing requests, and assisting with on-boarding, and other HR-related functions.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and records.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to resolve complex employee issues and improve processes.
  • Research, resolve, and respond to questions received via telephone calls, emails, and call backs in a timely manner, in accordance with standards
  • Provide basic troubleshooting support for hardware and software issues, including connectivity problems, and application errors.
  • Assist employees with login issues, password resets and HR portal/system access.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Any Graduate
  • 1-3 years experience in International voice process- Technical support
  • Shift timing- 24/7
