Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handle HR-related inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide support for onboarding, employee benefits, and payroll-related queries.
The role involves providing end-to-end HR support to employees and stakeholders, managing queries, processing requests, and assisting with on-boarding, and other HR-related functions.
Maintain and update HR databases and records.
Collaborate with HR teams to resolve complex employee issues and improve processes.
Research, resolve, and respond to questions received via telephone calls, emails, and call backs in a timely manner, in accordance with standards
Provide basic troubleshooting support for hardware and software issues, including connectivity problems, and application errors.
Assist employees with login issues, password resets and HR portal/system access.

Preferred candidate profile

Any Graduate
1-3 years experience in International voice process- Technical support
Shift timing- 24/7
