Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle
inbound or outbound international calls
in a timely and professional manner
Address customer queries, complaints, and service issues
Provide accurate information regarding products, billing, orders, or technical issues
Maintain
call quality, communication etiquette
, and
first-call resolution
Update CRM systems with call details and follow-up actions
Meet or exceed performance KPIs: AHT, CSAT, and SLA compliance
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth issue resolution
Adhere to process guidelines, scripts, and compliance policies

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:
Any graduate (Undergraduates with excellent communication can also apply)
Experience:
03 years in
international BPO or voice support
preferred
Communication Skills:
Excellent
verbal communication
in English
Neutral accent and good listening skills
Willingness to work in night/rotational shifts

Skills Required:

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with
CRM tools
, ticketing systems, and basic computer skills
Patience and empathy while handling customer interactions
Ability to work under pressure and handle high call volumes
