Job Description: We are looking for a confident and fluent International Voice Process Agent to handle inbound and outbound customer calls for global clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and a customer-first attitude to resolve queries effectively and professionally. Key Responsibilities: Handle international customer calls (inbound/outbound) in a professional manner. Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests with clarity and patience. Provide accurate information related to products/services. Meet performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate. Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up when required. Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department. Requirements: Excellent spoken English communication is mandatory. Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate. Prior experience in international BPO/voice process preferred (Freshers with strong English skills can also apply). Comfortable working in night shifts or rotational shifts (depending on process). Basic computer knowledge and typing skills. Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
