Job Description

Handling inbound calls: Answering customer calls and making calls to provide support, resolve issues, or offer information.  Providing customer service: Interacting with customers, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a positive experience.  Troubleshooting and problem-solving: Identifying and resolving customer issues, escalating complex problems as needed.  Maintaining records: Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.  Achieving quality targets: Meeting performance goals related to call handling, customer satisfaction, and resolution time.  Upselling products/services: Potentially offering additional products or services to customers.  Adhering to company policies: Following established procedures and guidelines.
