Job Title: International Voice Process Associate (Bangalore) Location: Bangalore (Work from Office) Job Type: Full-time Shift: Night Shift (2-way transport provided) Job Summary:We are seeking experienced professionals for the International Voice Process at our Bangalore location. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in an international voice process role, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to work in a night shift environment. Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers. Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues efficiently. Meet productivity and quality targets as defined by the organization. Follow standard operating procedures and company guidelines. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Required Qualifications and Skills:Minimum 1 year of experience in any international voice process. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Graduate or Undergraduate (both are eligible). Willingness to work in a night shift (transport provided). Ability to work from the office in Bangalore. Compensation:CTC (PC3 – 1+ Year Experience): ₹3.20 LPA Additional Incentives: ₹79,000 annually + ₹6,500/month Benefits: 2-way transport facilities. Comprehensive training and development programs.
