To resolve customer queries and issues related to the products and services. Should have fair knowledge about basic technical and sales. Minimum qualification: PUC (12th) / Diploma (3years) Salary Range: INR 2.49 to 4.0 LPA CTC (Freshers to Experienced) Benefits: 2-way free cabs within hiring zones. Cab is mandate for female employees. Male employees can opt either cab or self to work (STW allowance is rs.3300). Medical insurance for self and dependent. 5 days working. 2 days rotational or split offs. Interview Rounds: Verbal communication check round. Online voice assessment. Final round.
