International Travel Consultant

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Travel Advisor to join our team for a full-time on-site role. As a Travel Advisor, you will provide personalized travel planning services and create memorable experiences for our clients. You will be responsible for understanding clients’ preferences, offering tailored travel solutions, and ensuring a seamless booking process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and goals.
• Provide expert advice on destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.
• Design, plan, and curate both domestic and international tour packages, including flights, accommodations, excursions, and transfers.
• Handle bookings efficiently using travel systems, ensuring all arrangements are confirmed and delivered on time.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and a customer-first approach.
• Coordinate with global travel partners to negotiate rates, secure bookings, and provide clients with the best options.
• Research and incorporate unique experiences, storytellers, and local experts into itineraries to enhance tour programs.
• Work closely with the Product and Marketing teams to design and promote new tours and programs.
• Engage in post-trip follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and improve service quality.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience of 2 years as a Travel Advisor, Travel Consultant, or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office, booking systems and travel software (e.g., GDS, Amadeus, Sabre).
• Strong understanding of geography, travel destinations, and cultural nuances.
• Up-to-date knowledge of visa requirements, travel insurance policies, and travel regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales skills with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and multitask.
• Ability to work in a team and also take initiative independently
• Contact potential clients to promote travel packages and services, generate leads with high conversion into clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
